Willie likes to read fiction and watch movies. Pile loves speaking to youth and motivating people through public speaking. He published a book entitled The Winning Game Plan – An A-B-C Guide to Success and operates his own website www.pilegroup.com. “Ill Will” runs his own football camp in Virginia for youth ages seven and up. Before moving to the defensive side of the ball, Willie was a quarterback and wide receiver at West Potomac High School in Alexandria, Virginia. He was named the Northeast Region and Patriot District Offensive Player of the Year. He majored in Sports Management at Virginia Tech.Friends Of The Argonauts
